OTP Leasing celebrated 17 years on the Romanian market. Each anniversary is special for our team, because it gives us the space and time to meet again in a complete formula and to enjoy the milestones we have managed to reach together.
This year we wanted to reflect on our achievements and the active role we have played in the evolution of the local leasing sector. We did this by looking, first and foremost, at the values that have guided and shaped us as a team. Thus, we invited our colleagues to tell us how they would describe OTP Leasing in a single word on its anniversary. The 17 words that say who we are today are:

Although we looked back, we also wanted to create good memories for the future. The anniversary event was conceived as a series of activities to bring us together and give us time to talk about us as a team, our achievements and how we look forward. We started our day with an energizing breakfast, continued with photos at the anniversary photocorner and, of course, blowing out the anniversary candles. Ice cream was available throughout the hot day!
The cake moment was full of emotion, when our CEO, Toni Tataru, spoke about the evolution of the company over the past years and presented each employee with a symbolic gift. It was an occasion to mark the contribution of each co-worker, of all those who have contributed to our evolution, to thank the customers who choose to develop their business with us and to remember the significant steps we have made over the years. We are today an important financier of the local economy, a path from which we do not want to deviate any further, continuing to evolve in the same spirit of success and progress.
