We are delighted to share with you the great news about the success of the "Fearless Girls" project at the 22nd Civil Society Gala!

Our project, realized in collaboration with the Progress Foundation, received two prestigious awards:

Third Prize in the Civic Behavior and Public Participation section
Social Impact Award in the same section

With a SROI (Social Return on Investment) of 1:1.85, the project demonstrates that for every leu invested, the social value created is almost double. This underlines the effectiveness and success of our investment in the community, establishing "Fearless Girls" as an example of best practice.

The project aims to support the development of adolescent girls from disadvantaged areas through education, activism, self-esteem and empowerment. Through this program, we aim to improve the capabilities of young girls in rural areas by providing them with social skills and raising their educational level.

Steliana Moraru, COO OTP Leasing, said: 'We are investing in the future of the next generation of women because we want them to become active citizens, leaders who can understand, identify and find solutions to the problems they face. They can then become role models for the next generations."

Through the educational infrastructure we have created and the active involvement of librarians, we have laid the foundation for a strong program that supports these goals.
